Terms and Conditions

Booking Confirmation: Your wedding date is confirmed upon receiving a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total package cost.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Without the deposit, I cannot guarantee availability.
Final Payment: The final payment is due 1 week before your wedding day.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card.

Client Cancellations: In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. If the cancellation occurs less than 4 weeks before the wedding, 40% of the total fee is due.
Photographer Cancellations: If I am unable to attend your wedding due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, I will do my best to find a replacement photographer. If this is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
Force Majeure: In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, or other events beyond my control, I will work with you to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a partial refund (excluding deposit) may be considered.

Client-Requested Rescheduling: If you need to change your wedding date, the deposit can be transferred to the new date, subject to my availability. Additional fees may apply if the new date is outside of my travel area or during peak seasons.
Photographer-Requested Rescheduling: If I need to reschedule due to unavoidable circumstances, I will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative dates or a suitable replacement.

Turnaround Time: Edited images and videos will be delivered within 4-10 weeks of your wedding day. You will be notified of any delays.
Delivery Format: Final images will be delivered through a private online gallery.
File Backup: I will store a backup of your images for 6 months after delivery. I strongly recommend that you also back up your files upon receiving them.

Local Weddings: Travel expenses are included for weddings within 25 miles of Frenchay, Bristol. For weddings further afield, additional travel fees will apply.
Destination Weddings: For weddings requiring significant travel or accommodation, these costs will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Copyright: I retain full copyright ownership of all photographs and videos.
Client Usage Rights: You are granted a personal license to print, share, and enjoy the images for personal use. Commercial use is not permitted without prior written consent.
Photographer's Usage Rights: I reserve the right to use the images for my portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes unless you notify me in writing that you prefer otherwise.

Editing Style: All images are delivered in my signature candid and documentary style. Editing choices, such as color grading, cropping, and retouching, are part of my creative process and are non-negotiable.
No Raw Files: I do not deliver raw or unedited files. All delivered images will be fully edited
